CTY Spain is a Johns Hopkins University, Center for Talented Youth International Charter Member. Established in 2001 by Dr. Javier Tourón, full professor of Educational Research Methods at the University of Navarra, who is known for his work in standardized testing and test validation with Spanish students.
As charter member of CTY International, CTY Spain shares the same principles and educational model as well as high quality standard.
